We were highly surprised and impressed by this local flower shop. We wanted to send our grandmama some flowers (she has been dealing with some health issues) and with us living in the east coast, we didn’t know how it was going to go ordering from a local shop. Every time we have ordered from big online flower companies, they have always turned out mediocre. But Nana’s did NOT disappoint! Not only were we able to quickly make our order online, we got same day delivery as well. Their customer goes above and beyond by texting you, letting you know when the flowers are being delivered, and when they got dropped off. Along with a picture of how it looked like when it was delivered. I will definitely be ordering from Nana’s from now on!

Arrangements are fresh and beautiful. Delivery is timely. Employees are kind and professional. Nana's is also locally/family owned, which makes it even better - I never order flowers from anyone else.

Ordered these flowers for my mom’s birthday because I’m all the way in Florida. They did an incredible job! I went with designer’s choice and I’m glad I did. Delivery arrived on time and I appreciated the notification once it was out for delivery. My mom LOVES the flowers and I’ll be using Nana’s in the future to send her flowers again. 🥰

I called Nana’s flower shop based on great yelp reviews and they truly were exceptional. The gentleman that helped me over the phone was kind and understanding with my needs for a same day order for my grandmas funeral I was attending later in the day. The arrangement was perfect and they added a special touch with a request for a message that was beautifully written by them on my behalf. The flowers were delivered on time as promised. Thank you for your great work and dedication, Nana’s flower shop 💐💕

Absolutely one of the best flower purchasing experiences! Ordered online. They called me shortly after to make sure they had the right location for delivery. Flowers were beautiful and I received a picture after of exactly what was delivered. Nana's does it right!!!

This flower shop is one of the best here in Fresno. I’ve been here multiple times and my girlfriend has loved them!! Very happy with the quality and with the prices. The owner is a very nice man and truly cares about the customer. Thank you again. 5 stars ⭐️

I am so impressed by the quality of the flowers and the beauty of the arrangement. They are the most fragrant flowers I’ve ever smelled. My husband loved them and all the nurses at the hospital were talking about how they were the most beautiful flowers they’ve ever seen. This business truly cares about their customers and their prices are very respectable as well. A true 5 star experience. Thanks so much!

First time arrangement actually looked like the picture from the website! It was beautiful. Ordered late at night for next day delivery, and they did not disappoint. Will definitely use them from now on!

I was delighted with the pleasant and helpful service I received. I was ordering fromCanada and wasn’t sure how the arrangement would turn out but it was absolutely perfect and exactly as shown in the online photo. This doesn’t always happen when doing long distance ordering with other florists. The recipient, my daughter-in-law, was equally delighted with such a cute arrangement! Many thanks, Nana’s!

We live out of town in another state and needed a florist to create a floral arrangement for a loved one who had passed. I googled within the zip code of the funeral home and came upon Nana's Flower Shop. I called and with Valentine's Day just a few days after we needed the arrangement sent, they were extremely helpful and willing to make time to serve our needs. The florist representative on the phone was very polite, helpful and patient with me regarding giving me time to look at sample photos to decide what we would like to have created and sent. All I can tell you is I cried and was extremely pleased with what was created and presented for our sweet Lucy. I want to thank Nana's Flower Shop for going above and beyond for our needs during one of the busiest times of the year for florist! I truly believe, if they can do this for a possible one time buyer, they will definitely be doing it for repeat and local florist shoppers. I highly highly highly recommend Nana's Flower Shop!
